I have just been told by game that they will swap my box for another one over the counter because its got the RRoD and its under 12months old. !!!!!

that sometimes happens. but trust me, your machine is f**cked. just give it time and the RRoD will be back.

anyway, its free to fix, microsoft have put a 3 yr warranty on this problem for every1

the thing is though. if they do replace it, they are going to want to replace my hard drive aswell aren't they??

If so, does the warranty cover a replacement??

Just wondering cause mine recently broke and I've only had it 10 months. When I bought it from GAME theysaid I have a 12 month warranty on it.

So hopefully they will replace it for me without having to go through the massive Microsoft, waiting to repair it, thing!!
