If you are an avid Fallout 3 player, im sure you are well aware of the fact that there is a perk in the game known as the Sandman perk. This perk enables your player to kill any sleeping character in the game without alerting any other characters. In addition, this perk gives you a good boost of experience points whenver you use it. For i while i had known that children in the game could never be killed, So i just put two and two together, the end product being an unlimited constant supply of experience points! I used this glitch many times to max out my characters level. After discovering this glitch I found out that alot of other people know about it too. In my opinion it's the most effective glitch in the game.
