Okay so I got my hard drive and flash drive to back up my files. The Hard Drive is a Western Digital Scorpio Blue, 250 GB, 5400 RPM, 2.5" Sata HD. When I turn on my system now it says Cannot Start, Wrong Hard Drive. or something. Now I turned on my system by holding down the button a few times and Im at that "secret" menu. I've read that I should go to Restore File System but when I do and click "yes" it says "A serious error has occured. Contact technical support for assistance. (8001002B). Any ideas?? My original hard drive still works in the system I just tried it. Is my hard drive not the right one?

Okay I've stretched my 40 gb ps3 as far as it's going to go and I'm tired of shuffling game files around to make room for others. Im going to go with a new Hard Drive but I want to make sure I dont lose anything. I've only got a few things I could lose in the first place. A couple downloaded games and my save files. No music, images, etc. I figure if I delete all of my Game Date Utilies before I do all this I'd be down to about 10 gb, if that. Now, can I use a USB Flash Drive to transport my files from my current hard drive to my new one? Or do I need a big external hard drive? I dont want to spend too much money on something I'm only going to use once. For the new hard drive, a 2.5 inch, 4500 rpm SATA hard drive will do the trick, right? Is there any risk of losing trophies during this process? Thanks a lot.
