Ok, a bit of advice for the younger croud.  If on any level you are offered a customer service job, DO NOT TAKE IT.  People these days are unbelievable.  They complain and whine if something isnt going right, and they dont like any kind of answer you give them.  The only real way to please a customer is to offer them money.  Ya, offer them money, and they will be happy.  Thats the only thing people care about these days.  I want to go into this farther, but im at work and should probably being doing just a little bit of it...

P.S. If you happen to purchase something and it doesnt work, just complain to high hell and demand to talk to a manager.  You will one way or another get what you want!!!
