and the camera angle was like commandos series.

The game took place in Texas or somewhere like that.

The main character was waiting for a bus that was scheduled to leave at 11 o'clock.

I remember playing this game on Windows 98 around 2002.

Another thing I remember is that there was a yard full of rubbers in the game.

And there was a billboard in the game as i remember.
