@sellingthings: get a clue that's cute. If it wasn't for Halo Microsoft wouldn't have half the sales it already gets. That's called an exclusive selling a console. But there's no arguing with stupid.

@detroitking02: Microsoft can pull profit from other places like Windows sales, but Xbox division isn't making money. For a while with the kinect attached they were losing money with each console sold . That's why they are trying so desperately to win people over again with the Scorpio. But if that doesn't work they'll be right back to square one.

Really tho it's nothing new. Playstation sales beat Microsoft in every gen. Ps2 sold more than Xbox, ps3 sold more than 360, and ps4 has decimated Xboxone. Probably won't ever change.

If Microsoft releases this and it still doesn't manage to sell better or at least on par with ps4 then xbox days might be getting close to over. If all this doesn't help them I dunno what else they could pull out of their ass that would help.

@sellingthings: exclusives definitly sell systems, but people weren't interested in another Nintendo gimmick console, and that's why WiiU failed.

@sodapoppimpski: especially since Microsoft lacks first party games and depends on those 3rd party games to stay alive right now.
