I played SWG from the time it came out until the CU. Then I started playing WoW, I was seriously addicted to both. It took me getting a girlfriend who hates games to stop.(Although, there isnt a day when I dont want to play an MMORPG). So yeah,im an addict. But I think the question of why people get addicted to games is an easy one. Bad parenting.At least in my case. I know from firsthand experience its way easier to sit your kid in front of a Nintendo,then to actually pay attention to them. Thats what my Mom did to me. I dont hate her for it,I enjoyed it,so it was just easy for both of us. I did play a lot of sports outside though,so I think that kept me from becoming totally game crazy. But i've owned every major console except PS3 since the NES...I dont know,im kinda rambling...
