I'm a console gamer through and through (outside of a few title I just can't stand PC gaming) but the thing I was looking forward to most out of this years E3 and consequently the thing that made me happiest to see was Spore. I'm sorry, but when a guy like Will Wright says he's going to create a game based on evolutionary theory, you kinda have to pay attention.

Other than that, I had a good laugh at sony's floundering around to try and save something from the one-two punch of microsoft's new games and nintendo's new console. Granted, I'll still buy a PS3 just because you never know what gem's might pop up on it, but I won't wait in any lines to get it on release day.

Speaking of microsoft's new games, how about that GTA? Did anyone see that coming? And how about those video's for "Too Human"? And how about... ah hell, MS was good all around.

As for the big N, I was way more interested to hear that they plan to have over a hundred new titles for the DS by years end. Surely out of that many games at least one has to be amazing...right?

Over all, I'd say the conference ended with a satisfied feeling. Microsoft seems to be learning and improving, and nintendo is still having fun...and sony is imploding. Praise the lord!

I have this weird habit of almost completing a game and then buying a new one, thus never finishing the first game. either that, or I'll try to keep two different games going at once, only to eventually focus on one over the other and then never complete the other. every now and then, by some magic, I'll actually finish a game.

I've had to limit myself to just two new games a month for the past....five years now? yeah, sure, five years. But if I find a really good game that I haven't bought yet at a lower price used, then I'll buy it as well. all in all, I'd say maybe 3-5 a month.

Hi, I'm 22 from North Carolina. I've been playing games since I was three or some such equally low number. I was playing Mario before I could speak well. As such, I'm a die hard Nintendo fan although I did break bad and buy myself a PS2 and more than likely I'll get a PS3 too. I also own a DS. I still have all my old systems, though some have been replaced over the years: NES, SNES, PS1, Genisis, Sega CD, Dreamcast, N64, Atari 2600, and I have a PC that I only use for games. Yay me. Other than that, I'm in college for video game design and I'm in an extreme heavy metal band. That's all. Toodles.

When I bought it I also bought Resident Evil 0, Resident Evil, Eternal Darkness, Mario Sunshine, and Super Smash Bros.

The first one I played was RE 0
