Thanks for the help, I just went to gamestop and bought an official Microsoft cable and it worked fine. Thought I was getting a deal on ebay with only spending 15 bucks, oh well live and learn lol.

So I finally got a 360 slim today. I bought a transfer cable a couple weeks ago off ebay and it dosent seem to be working. I found a youtube video on how to use it and apparnetly when you hook it up the 360 is supposed to recgonize the cable and start the transfer process but nothing is happening. Am I doing something wrong or did I just get screwed on ebay again?

Im thinking about getting a new 360 im pretty sure im about to get the rrod for the fourth time and I just want a new system especialy now that they are at 299. I was just wondering if the 60gb models come with that hd transfer disk that the elites come with, I currently have the 20gb model with alot of stuff on it and I dont want to loss any of my dlc/game saves.

Im thinking about buy the turtle beach x3 and was just wondering what kind of battery life it gets. I hate having to go out and waste tons of money on batteries all the time.
