Path of Exile is what is closest to Diablo 1, which is the best game in the series IMHO, the art style, the Cathedral Dungeons, the npc's that live in the town, etc. It was a revolutionary game.

Most people nowadays just remember Diablo 2 because they were kids when they played it, most older brothers, uncles, played like me, Diablo 1, and also 2, but 2 was kind of "not as dark as 1", hell, even the locations are like "going around the world because we want to show we can produce a game with all the environments the earth has".

Diablo 2 was good, don't get me wrong.

Diablo 1 was something else not even remotely present in 99.99% in games of today.

I bought it in 1997, I was 15 y/o, and the gameplay in Diablo 3 today is almost the same as that game.

"Almost", but not quite, I don't know if in Path of Exile they have a Diablo 1 developer, but its amazing how it feels like that game with upgraded elements and new stuff thrown in.

As with previous released games, Diablo 3 will be a hit, but make no mistake, that's nothing like the original Diablo, a game that not even it's sequel can match, much less this "online all the time" spawn they created.

People need to understand that the yellow light is an indication that the PS3 needs to be serviced, like a check engine light for a car. It doesn't mean every PS3 that gets the yellow light is suffereing from the same malfunctions. You should look online to try and figure out which case is yours bacuse some can be fixed by just replacing parts, like the built in power adaptor.

Tyrant156

Not trying to argue, but when a car needs servicing, it doesnt leave you on the middle of nowhere like the ps3 does.....the car at least says "check engine" or stuff like that.

When my xbox had rrod I was mad, but when my ps3 f up I was like sad, as someone I read a long time ago when my first xbox360 rrod on me...

A RROD or YLOD, is like a cheating girlfriend, you can try to "fix" her of you may dump her, but you will always be afraid of the next one doing the same thing again.......

And its true....you will just always be waiting for it to happen lol.....good day.

MGS4 dropped from #1 in June sales to #34 in July sales. In just one month's time, Metal Gear Solid 4 literally became unpopular. MGS4 had only 10 seconds of glory, mainly because it has little replay value and poor online play. SalarianChemist

mmmm nope man...From #1 to #34 because everyone that owns a PS3 already bought it and played it.

Little replay value as in most of the people that played it finished it at least twice to get items and weapons?

Little replay value as new passwords 2 months later to get items in game?

Little replay value as in every thursday getting new camos or ipod songs for the game free?

Poor online play as in new maps and survival mode always full friday, saturday and sunday nights?

Please, everyone call 911, SALARIANCHEMIST's Brain has stopped to function correctly...its an EMERGENCY.....ooh too late, tnx anyway.

True man...I've got the 80gb since september, but I just kept Zone of The Enders 2, fortunately I can play it. But if they were to do a new one, that one would just be on a shelf. I still have my original Halo 2, even though I dont have my xbox anymore....

I mean for a GREAT game, you could say you miss the BC feature, but saying a system is crap b/c it lacks it, thats totally different. You get what you pay for, not that the 40gb has anything bad...

I do remember the 360 focusing on BC, b/c it didn't had many games when it was released. AND lots of people buy the system now, even though IT DOESN'T PLAY ALL THE GAMES OF THE original Xbox, that doesn't make that a bad system RIGHT?

BTW, they are not lying, the 40gb do says it doesn't play ps1 or ps2 games....AND the ps2 cost almost the same as going for the 80gb, so its kind of a choice for the consumer to make.

Its an endless theme...cos if they include the compatibility on all systems ppl are going to argue that the BC its SOOO EXPENSIVE.....

Assassin's Creed is repetitive if you want to complete everything from the first run, (I played like that until I also felt it was repetitive), but then took my time and did things differently.....if you go and first look over all the towers, then go and save all citizens in danger, then do all the.... ok you get the idea, that gets VERY repetitive, but if you take your time and mix missions up, you will enjoy the game...

True, I expected more from Crysis, it does look good...but at least for me it isn't that groundbreaking...That aside, Ive got a 8800GTS, so NO, THERE IS NO WAY THE PS3 can do that.

As much as I like consoles, Im a PC gamer at heart, there ain't nothing as precise as a razer mouse and keyboard, and a high end pc.

Just compare the graphics on the multiplatform games, Jericho on PC looks better than PS3, Gears of War looks better on PC than on XBOX 360.

Don't get me wrong, consoles are a lot of fun, but it is funny how many people think a ps3 or a 360 can compete with a pc. There is a reason why Gamer High End hardware is expensive, consoles are for the mainstream, there is also hardware for the common people.

720p 1080p, means nothing against a PC, because since the beginning of consoles thats the main difference, the PC is limited only by the resolution of the monitor, cos if you have the juice, you can crank up to incredible resolutions, a console asi it is right now, can't.

1280 x 720 (720p), pales in comparision to 1920 x 1200.

You may be thinking "but when developers get the hang of making games for...(inssert console namehere)..., well, when that time comes there is going to be a brand new videocard that can do better than the console...thats how it is....no way around it.

Besides all the updates to the system...you have to look at it when you take out of the box to really apreciate the difference in size....incredibly small and it looks great. And forget the read disc error problems...just enjoy gaming.
