And there are some very annoying laggy slowdowns,

Like for example if you're in a gunfight or with a lot of cops around you and you turn the camera around, it lags a little. And if you're driving fast sometimes it feels laggy

I didnt notice during the first like 10 hours cause i was too amazed by it, but now i seem to get really pissed off by it.

Its not as smooth as i would like it to be.

Any solutions?

Well if you have finished the game than you should be able to buy any weapon you want. By the way I am only 12.50% away from 100% completion. I have found all of the flying rats, have only 9 stunt jumps left to get, and then all I have to do is find all of the random people and get the rest of the cars that stevie wants and I will have 100%. I would say I have played the game, wouldn't you.
