Hey, I don't use 4k display I use 144Hz display to play my favorite games. It provides clear images or better color contrast then any other. I like my monitor.

You should see CPU and GPU utilization % with MSI Afterburner or a similar program. If GPU is at less then 100% most of the time then you have a bottleneck. You can check GPU clock speed and temperature as well to see if it throttles, but it's probably not that.

I think you are right. I also recommend you that. Can you tell me Which Gaming Monitor you used to play games?

I think you should drop an idea to buy Dell gaming monitor. You can buy any other gaming monitor like Asus, Acer BenQ, Viewsonic etc. To choose best monitor check out here or buy the best PC. They all provide GSync with IPS panel.

Thinking about getting a new monitor and it's either 1440p 144hz GSYNC IPS vs a 4K IPS GSYNC. Not sure what do. Current gaming on a 24 inch 4K IPS Dell.

Is Gsync even worth it?

Hello, I think you should buy 1440p 144hz GSYNC IPS monitor. 144 Hz monitor is the best for gaming. It provides better screen resolution than any other monitor or provides breathtaking gaming experience.
