Are you using an HDTV? If so, you're going to want to go with HDMI (all 1080p TVs accept up to 1080p signals from this) or component cables (some 1080p TVs will accept 1080p, but most will only accept up to 1080i). HDMI is preferred.

Use composite if you're using a stardard definintion TV.

Agreed. Plus on top of that, the PS3 can upconvert dvd to near high definition. It can upconvert PSOne and PS2 games the same way. But you're going to need an HDMI cable in order to do it.

Yep, 2 years. We were due at the time.

Just some thoughts:

1. Avoid Symantec like the plague.

2. Check with your isp. They got a lot of stuff for free.

3. The most fool proof firewall is a router with the firewall built in.

A question for those who said xbox controllers: You're talking about controller S right?

While we're talking about controllers for xbox, I also like Logitech's cordlesscontroller. I liked it for the PS2 as well.
