So the past month or so has been pretty good for game releases and the next few months promise to be just as good. First, and probably most importantly, I bought and beat Bioshock, which I will probably beat again in order to see the alternate ending (I go the "you're an evil power hungry man for harvesting a bunch of little girls blah blah blah") and try to get the rest of the gamerscore points. Madden 08 came out, and though it has a few new features Madden continues to become more and more repetitive and I'm beginning to look forward to the release of new ones less and less (this coming from the guy whos bought every madden since 97 on release day). NCAA 08 actually turned out to be more entertaining. I still haven't played Armored Core 4 all too much yet, though its been kind of a rough game to get into, so I don't know how long it'll be before I beat it. I finally got GRAW2 a while back, but I gotta admit I like the online mode of GRAW1 a little better for some reason. I still refuse to beat Oblivion. I have probably between 100 and 200 hours of gameplay, but I refuse to believe that game has an ending, haha.

Now for the upcoming excitement. Mass Effect first and foremost, is going to be probably the most amazing game that I'll have purchased in a while when it comes out. I've been waiting for its release since I saw the first video on Xbox Live. NFS Pro Street will also be a good buy and Metroid Prime 3 should be pretty amazing for the Wii, which still has not provided me with one solid game (Zelda was not that great for the Wii, i think.). GTA will obviously be a good game, so thats something to look forward too. There are some other games coming out like Guitar Hero 3 and Halo 3 that will be pretty awesome but I'm not wanting to strangle myself out of excitment over. But this should be a pretty good year of games coming up. Oh yeah, and the new WOW expansion and Starcraft 2 when they come out will also probably completely change my life, haah.

Well I was just sitting here today realizing that Christmas is only a month away when it finally kicked in that I'm going to have a whole new selection of games available to me very soon.  I'm getting a few more games for 360, like Tony Hawk Project 8, some for PS2, like Final Fantasy VII Dirge of Cerebrus, and I'm getting a Wii with a few games for that as well.  I'm hoping the Wii will love up to the hype.  I've yet to try one.  All the stores around here just have them displayed in a case with a video playing and no game action available.  So I guess we'll see.  I'll post more later when I have the time.
