When i go to options or click on singleplayer my system reboots. I tried installing latest nvidia drivers but no luck. Any fix for this?

I bought a new 2gb ddr3 ram today and couldnt get it to work. My old 2 gigs are ddr2, can they work together?

Anyways i tried putting the 2gb ddr3 by itself, the computer turns on but wont boot (even tho the small light next to the ram shows the ram is plugged in). I tried my old ram again, the same thing happens, except only one of the ddr2 slots works... so now i am only using 1 gb ram.

What do you think is causing the problem?

I used the bfbc2updater so i guess it just replaced all the files

If i repair will the game stil have the latest version? took me a long time to download.

I can't see any servers on the server browser.

-I tried messing with turning ranked servers, pb etc on and off

-I disabled firewall

-I ran as an administrator

-I searched on google and cant find any real fix

I have the latest version, help???

I have sony vaio pcg 8111l, and any nvidia driver i download i cannot install because "nvidia setup program could not find any drivers that are compatible with your current driver", even though i downloaded the right driver for 8600m gt.

Any one know the solution?

I play Call of Duty MW2 Multiplayer , and today it started to crash, I restarted steam, it updated, still same problem... it crashses at any map at loading ( loading freezes then it crashes ) , if not at loading, then it crashes when I choose class (first it freezes),I tried deleting the mp_playlist, it didn't work, It came up again, I deleted it again, and it worked, but the 2nd map it crashed and I saw mp_playlist was created again... but it always creates itself.... is there a way to stop it just making those mp_playlist files??
