As for the topic: not even sure why it's a valid question. Men are predominantly found in more gangster/thug/homicidal roles throughout all human history. So when it's time to sterotype the same demographic in a video game, naturally the more well-known character to fit the role is the one who gets portrayed. Just like men shouldn't get upset about female protagonists in roles where they deserve to be celebrated. It's not sexist. Unless you're just that sensitive. They have focus groups for that.
