I have played the Call of Duty games from the beginning and have played Modern Warfare 3 as well. To be honest I am bit disappointed that this franchise has stopped improving long time ago. It seems to make a copy of the last game and release it to the market. I don't really like the scripted scenes in the game. ya it was cool when it was done in the early games. But not when you do it over and over again. Bit too much.

Take Modern Warfare 2 it was a good game. But then came Black Opps … the game was a same copy with different levels. you felt that your narrowed down to a path and again with the scripted scenes. The game does bit too much off scripted scenes. Since your game path is narrowed your experience is also narrowed down. you feel your being pushed through a rabbit tunnel. Felt this game is not for professional FPS … but for kids and grandmother and father.

I don't accept anything different from Modern Warfare 3, last E3 demo confirmed my suspicion. It is another copy of the Modern Warfare 2 with different levels, tell you what don't call it "Modern Warfare 3" call it "Modern Warfare 2" expansion pack.

Now for the game reviewers Gamespot and IGN, we have to wait and see that they will say. I don't think as for my past experience Gamespot and IGN will give a bad review for the copy of Modern Warfare 2 (Modern Warfare 3). It is because they are also in the same boat. But you never know… you have to wait till the review to come out.

Games sites are creating lot hype over this game, but it is just that. quote from the web "the most over-hyped first-person action series of all-time returns with the copy and paste sequel to the lackluster Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2." I think this thumps it up don't you think

Now for Battlefield 3.

Same as Modern Warfare I have played Battlefield games form the beginning, but the thing I have noticed is these games have managed to improve from one game to the next game. Take Battlefield, graphics and game mechanics has changed when it comes to Battlefield 2. and if you look at the E3 demo. You will notice a considerable deference between Battlefield 2 and Battlefield 3. Graphics and game mechanics have changed drastically for the good in Battlefield 3. It is very nicely done.

And not too many scripted scenes, And the game does not push you down the rabbit hole, it has an open world attraction to it. And the battles are big. I mean really big. Since the game dose not push you down the narrowed game path you will have option on your tactics. 3E demo was kick ass it was every FPS dream.

It will not be a disappointment unlike the copy of Modern Warfare 2 (Modern Warfare 3)… wow. It is good game hope you will get this game.

Overall comparing the Modern Warfare 3 vs Battlefield 3 …. Battlefield 3 comes on top no questions
