you can't dismiss the amount of art they put into both of those games.

And for one, god of war was on the ps2, a lot of people had it.

I like the fact that for every final fantasy game they don't skimp on anything. The music has professional composers composing, the art styles are amazing, the CG cutscenes are even better than most movies, The stories, while maybe cliche are still presented very well.

I see final fantasy as more of a piece of art that you should enjoy, rather than a game that's trying to get you to have fun in that tetris sort of way.

[QUOTE="mish55"]

I don't agree with religion's status in this world's mindset, that you cannot argue/disagree/criticise about without being attacked that it's not right to do so, and it's status as anyone who deviates from it should be labeled.

Theokhoth

If you honestly think that's the world's mindset, I suggest you go down to your local Books-A-Million and note the number of atheist books being freely displayed on the shelves.

...ya, they're still being attacked and told not to do so...

But isn't the non belief in God a belief itself? Therefore that belief has to have a name. I really don't think adding an "ism" or "ist" to the end makes it sound more derogatory. Maniacc1
not belief in god is technically still a belief in that doing nothing, is technically still doing something and i'm not saying that it's derogatory, i just think its unnecessary it further elevates religion's status

If George Bush were to suddenly announce he was an Atheist, you know all of the conservative religious people are going to be saying things like "thats the reason he was such a bad president/person/thing, because he was an atheist!"

I don't know why people view atheism as an "ism", i don't think atheism should be acknowledged as anything.  As an atheist, i do not want to be called an atheist.  I don't like raping women, should i call myself an ARapist?  I'm not a terrorist murder, should i be called an Aterrorist?

I don't agree with religion's status in this world's mindset, that you cannot argue/disagree/criticise about without being attacked that it's not right to do so, and it's status as anyone who deviates from it should be labeled.

Sam Harris once said something about not wanting to be called an atheist, because it really is nothing but not believing in god.

Like someone said most drugs should be illegal just as I don't see the need for a person to be able to own any type of fire arm. I think both cause more problems then it is worth and don't do much good for the people. Personally, I don't care if pot is legal or not. I do care when people know that it is illegal and then complain about the punishment if they get caught doing it.kakkarott23
why would you care that they are complaining?

gay marriage is illegal in most places, the gays know it, should they just take crap and stop complaining?

And don't bring up the argument, gay marriage is more sophisticated and > than drug.  The drug war is a big burden on america, it does nothing.  Over 30 years it has been going on and it has not done one thing to reduce drug use.

Don't do drugs in the first place.

Problem solved.

People who drink alcohol and smoke cigarettes don't get thrown in jail.  Why should everything else be criminalized?
