You could have giant creatures. It wasnt black or white nor rise of mythologyDannoko

I know which game you are talking about. It is most likely Impossible Creatures developed by Relic Studios (Company of Heroes, Warhammer 40,000 Series, etc.) and published by Microsoft Game Studios where you could combine torsos and appendages of different animals to create different units. I played that game and still own it. It is a serious kick ass game and won a recognition from Gamespot in 2003 for advanced AI. I hope that answers your question.

So I just finished watching the Gamespot review video for MGS4 by Kevin Vanorlord and he has mentioned "...this is the most technically proficient game ever to grace on a PC or a console so far...". So does that mean he is saying that it's graphics is better than Crysis or the car models of GT5 Prolouge? Can anybody clarify that?

Congrats, I'm sure you'll love your new toy......ajthelegend

I sure will, I sure will. I had been saving money for this very moment. The only thing is there is no good selection of games like the 360 but you can't blame Sony for that. I have to be patient until Heavnly Sword or Devil May Cry 4 comes out, then I will be in an orgy of high-def, next-gen content!!! Until then Genji and Ninja Gaiden Sigma can keep me occupied along with watching Blu-ray movies that I am about to subscribe from Netflix. I am bvery happy with my purchase considering the fact that for under 500 bucks, I got me a next-gen console and blu-ray player. Now that's a steal.

Thank you for the reply!! That answers the questions. Now regarding the upconversion for DVD movies, do I need to download an update through the PSN network or by default I can do that?

Just got my brand new PS3 from a guy who posted on craigslist for 4oo bucks!! Yay!! I got an excellent deal and with the money I saved, I got me a Blu-ray remote control, Ps2 memorycard adaptor, component video cablesand Genji-Days of the blade game. Now, I have a couple of questions I wanna ask you guys...

1. Can I play PS1 and PS2 games connected through component video cables and can these games be upconverted to 720p or 1080i?

2. Can regular DVD movies be upconverted the sameway?

3. When transferring game-saves from your PS2 games, do they have to be transferred to a memory stick pro duo or to the PS3 internal HDD?

I really hope somebody gives me the correct answers. I would really appreciate it.

I was reading in some forums somewhere on the Internet that Project RS3 is currently in development by Treasure. Is that true? Does anybody have any concrete evidence about it? It is supposed to be an Xbox 360 exclusive. Also, I am still one of those unlucky bastards that still haven't managed to get a hold of the original Radiant Silvergun for the Saturn but I will definitely this time 'cause I have the cash to afford this ridiculosly pricedalbeit worth-every-penny-game from ebay. Is it really true that no shooter can compare to it including Ikaruga in terms of graphics and gameplay?

Please somebody enlighten me from a hardcore Treasure or Radiant Silvergun fan.

Thank you.

Hey guys, bad news. I just checked the news section of PC World Magazine and found out that he is leaving the Santa Monica Studios from Sony Computer Entertainment to form his own development studio with the former head of Incognito Studios. That means, he won't be there as the creative head or director for the development of God of War III. Probably that might not matter since Sony holds the trademark to that game rights. Jaffe, we will miss you !!! Thanks you for God of War..a true masterpiece.

Here is the link to the story http://www.pcworld.com/article/id,133353-c,companynews/article.html.

Other than Powerstone, I also think Jo Jo's Bizarre Adventure remake would also be an excellent title.

Since the PS3 has so much graphical and processing power I would like to take a trip down the memory lane and would highly consider the very first platformer-fighting game called Powerstone to be an awesome remake. That game, if ever made, would be called obviously Powerstone 3 and produced by Capcom. They could add more serious characters, not some lame ass aditions like Gourmand or Pete in the second Powerstone game and have more interactions, more serious powerups, more ridiculous weapons and definitely on-line play because I can beat the **** out of almost every player that I've palyed with. I am not saying I am the best but considering the fact that I can easily breeze through the game in the highest difficulty level and achieveing double perfects 5 to 6 streaks in a row speaks for itself. Anyway, I hope Capcom serioulsy considers this game somewhere down the middle of the console life cycle.

Any comments?
