Dude, MVP 05 was made a couple of years ago. When a great game comes say for example Gears of War, it sets the bar up high for future games to come. The game score will be lowly simply because a game was better and it came out before the reviewed game. Thats why you don't see a lot of 8's right now because the GREAT games that came out holiday season set the bar high for the future games to reach. You are saying that MLB 2K7 is better than MVP 2005, ok thats what it should be. But it shouldn't get a higher score because it took 2 years for it to be better than a 2005 game.
