"Steam players can just return the game [prior to playing] 2 hours so it's like a demo already." - That's not how the refund policy is supposed to be used on Steam and if you continue to do this with multiple games there's a system put in place to reject your refund requests after a certain amount of refunded games. Basically this Colantonio ass-hat is suggesting doing something that's against Steam policy.
