i would say 2k9 cuz i have been a 2k fan for a long time but i gotta admit this years live have a few good features in the game, but still 2k9 all the way.

my ps3 broke 2 times too, i had to send it back to sony twice, which took a long time :(

i dont think uncharted was the best game for ps3, i tought COD 4 was the best before MGS 4 came out.
