Looking for a co-op partner who does NOT have a save file with a CHEAT.

I'm trying to get all of my achievements, so I can not accept co-op invites with someone who had enabled a cheat. The game automatically locks achievements when you play with cheats.

I am on my 2nd playthrough with the saved character stats from my 1st playthrough. I completed about 3 main story missions, but I am not getting any Squad Points. Why is this ???? During my 1st playthrough I did not have this problem.
