Humanity used to rely on religion as a crutch, now we as a species have outgrown it. In fact i believe it is holding us back.

Its actuallyreally sad the the U.S. is this religious of a country that we would want to implement it into our schools. If yout look around the world the more secular countries are the most successful and productive. Another sad fact is that the U.S. is one of the few countries in the world that religion is a major issue in the presidential elections. What is this the 1800's?

[QUOTE="Hewkii"][QUOTE="notconspiracy"]

okay good.

2: can we accept that the tomb of jesus was empty?

notconspiracy

I suppose.

good.

3rd, can we accept that the apostles sincerely believed that they had seen the resurrected jesus?

this is pointless there is no proof of any of this.

I'll prove it in 3 steps.

1: can we agree that Jesus existed?

notconspiracy

I'm not doubting it.

okay good.

2: can we accept that the tomb of jesus was empty?

here's a simple question. can an almighty creator create a stone that which he can not lift? if he can than he is not almighty, and if he can't he is not almighty.

[QUOTE="notconspiracy"] why is the new testament not proof of jesus' existence?Hewkii

likely the same reason why OJ's testimony isn't proof he's innocent.

I didn't "Move" from anything.  I don't ever sell my consoles.  I've owned pretty much every console or handheld nintendo has ever made (even crap like Virtual Boy that no one else seems to remember) as well Sega's Genesis and Dreamcast, PS1 and 2, and the original Xbox.  Now that I have the Xbox 360 and the Wii the only thing I'm missing is a PS3, but I'll wait until I can afford HD and all the games I want for my current systems before I mess with that.masterchief2512

ahhh good ol virttal boy lol
