Ok. I have the first edition bundle preordered but also tried the demo unit at gamespot. Heres my two cents: If Sony expects this system to sell well, they need to lower the prices even more for the games. The prices of the games is really my only complaint here. Just recently there was an update that allowed the Vita to use video recording and google maps. From the moment I heard that, I was like, "WTF" Because from my perspective adding these things doesn't make the Vita feel as a dedicated gaming device anymore. But its like I said, its the prices of the games thats a threat., not the console. Because realistically speaking, if you can honestly afford a PS3 brand new with $60 dollar games (not considering the recent price drop to $250) you can afford the Vita. Its that simple. But I do agree that $50 for just a PORTABLE game is ridiculous. For new franchises, $40 seems to be the sweet spot.
