legend of zelda phantom hourglass--blog by moosebeagle

i had never played a zelda game before this one, but i must say, none of them are as good as this one. the touch screen feature was good. i liked only using it, because it gives you more control over link than the control pad would. just be sure to calibrate your touch screen before you play it, otherwise, the ds might mistake an attack for walking, or other things could go wrong. the story was good, but i am not going to spoil the story, though, since the game came out....forever ago...i bet i dont even have to worry about spoiling the ending......all in all i liked the game, or what i've completed.

chargers vs. steelers---GAME ON!

the chargers vs. steelers hame is on today at 2:45 mountain time, and im pumped up and ready! the steelers come into the game with ben roethlisberger recovering from a concussion, and the chargers have an absent ladainian tomlinson, because of a groin injury. these two factors(although ben will still be playing) will shape up the game, and its gonna be a great playoff game!!!!

mario kart wii....what i thought of this mario kart game.

i bought mario kart wii the week after it came out. i used the wii remote at first, but after a month of owning it, i got grounded and stopped playing it.when i returned a month later, i discovered that if you take a break from wii's motion sensing controls ,you have to get used to them again.now, i use the gcn controller. call me a noob if you want, and say 'its mario kart WII, not gamecube' but i think its easier.

my favorite track from the new version of mario kart is rainbow road, and my favorite car is the honeycoupe, and my favorite character is king boo. i have beaten all of the cups with at least one star, except the mirror ones, which i refuse to even attempt at the moment.basically, this was a great game but, it needed more of the old tracks, and more tricks for you to attempt.

so it was a great game.........

nfs undercover controls, and cop order, for the ps2

the new nfs game, undercover, is fun, but it can be tricky to get used to the controls. so here they are.

X button: accelerate, or go. if you rev the engine at the right time before the race, you earn a head start.

square button: brake. if you have a car with bad handling, dont hit the brakes without holding, or at leat tapping the X button.

L2 button: handbreak. if you are not car-informed, a handbrake makes your car fishtail, meaning slide. used for u-turns and sharp corners.

R2 button: No2. once you buy nitrous, or 'nos', use this button to get boosts of speed. nitrous puts tremendous weight on the back tires, which causes you to straighten out, making it useful for turns.

O button: speedbreaker. i dont want to spoil this one for you, the reader, but it makes you slow down time breifly...how you use it is up to you...

R1 and L1: L1 shifts up, R1 shifts down. you only need these if you drive manual transmission.

triangle button: other handbrake....there were two for some reason.

left and right control sticks: left one controls the car. the right allows you to look around the car.

i thought this would also be helpful...

civic cops are first, then undercover civic cops, then mustang cops, then gallardo cops, and finally, the porsche gt2 cops.

thanks for reading this....add me as a friend please, if you'd like.

need for speed undercover was a bit short but it was fun......

need for speed most wanted was the best of the need for speed games. since then, we have been repeatedly disapointed. carbon was okay, but seriously, which street racers race side by side,(that are on a team)and drive through a city thats almost as deserted as the one in will smith's i am legend, where the sun never rises. prostreet was...i wouldnt even call it need for speed, honestly. the race day feature was okay, but it felt like gran turismo, or pgr, without the routine free roam that was in every game since underground 2, and beyond....until prostreet, that is. i also hated that i couldnt keep one continuous car for all the events.....

NOW, by now, you must think im a negative critic, at best...but now i put all negativity aside, for my awesome reiew of undercover. in this need for speed installment, you still have to do persuits, and street races....a couple of new events were added, such as timed curcuits, which is where you have t be in first when the time ends. another new feature, which i thought were the most fun, were the driver jobs. the street race crewss tell you to pull off a mission, and you do it, and success earns you the big bucks. it could be driving a car at 150 miles an hour across a bridge gap for zack, or putting a suspiscious package in front of th police station for rose.....all of them are fun, espescially the last mission(i'm a teaser, arent i ?), though im not saying what it is...it does have something to do wth that black and red/orange porsche on the main menu though....

all im saying now, i guess, is play need for speed undercover, you wont regret it.beleive me, you wont...happy law breaking...in the game, of course....
