I just clarified that release date with the editor of PC Powerplay, he had this to say:

"Our dates were taken from publicly available and industry-specific release schedules, but unfortunately my opening comment of "we're sure ... that more than a few release dates will have changed at least three times already" has proven true.

As far as we know, the release date is still "When it's done", according to Remedy. Microsoft likes to think that game will be released in 2008. Every other estimate is just that...an estimate.
