I would print off the web page that you read that from because if there is no expiration date they are still liable to repair your console and should hear from you saying so. Its worth a try. Unless you plan to take legal action you may not have a choice however, if you know someone who recently bought a 360 just see if you could use there receipt to return yours. I have a friend who bought a launch console too and his just broke down 3 weeks ago and he has to pay as well.jerry_toddthanks for the help i am now going to try and find somewere that claims that the thing about 360's before jan 06 is true and bookmark it and print it off
Maybe you should keep calling them until you get a different representative on the phone and try to plea with them, that's what I would do I'd call and fuss every day.
