THis is the same exact thing that happened to me today too! Also it said that my package was Shipped on September 17th with 3 day shipping. Still no 360......I was really excited when i called the xbox number to hear my package was shipped, but after talking to a repersentitive they said it was still in repair as well. Damnit.....Then why the hell does microsoft tell people there "Order is complete and has been shipped when it hasnt...... Im almost temped to buy another 360 and sell my referb one back to game stop when i get it back....
