MGS 4 is only fiction and it's in the future so shouldn't this be a possibility then?
Adding this in the game and bringing back young Snake seems logical to me, I mean this doesn't seem like a dumb idea at all, if you laugh at this, you could easily laugh at the whole game, since Snake is a clone, and as we all know, human cloning is not yet possible!
Rejuvenation may not be possible in our life-time, but it surely seems possible in MGS4! :D
