[QUOTE="Grantelicious"]You can level up on PVP i'm getting experience for each kill i'm doing and questing in PVP zones.Anofalye

Can you level up as fast without killing anything PvE, just limiting yourself to PvP, then someone who would kill PvE stuff? If you kill a PvE mob in a PvP zone, you are doing PvE, not PvP.

WoW = PvE grouping/soloing up to max level, then PvE raiding...this is by no mean PvE shortform.

WAR = mostly PvE for earning levels, then RvR for l33t gear.

You sure do like spouting falsehoods - players have a choice of leveling by pve,pvp, or both..the gear in the game is obtained through both types of play, and is comparable between pve and pvp loot. Once again, do not post unless you know what you are talking about

[QUOTE="Manibou"]

When I was playing WoW I was around a 35 and I felt as though mostly all the game was PvE and I was even playing in a PvP server. I really am looking for more of a PvP/RvR feeling where the focus is around actually killing the other fraction instead of A.I. So is WAR the way to go if thats what I'm looking for.

I doubt you will see much RvR by level 35...

See, the logic of these devs is that everyone has to play the PvE-grouping game until max level, then, they enjoy the "real game" or are denied the proper conclusion.

Maybe I am wrong...but...don't count on that.

You are most definitely wrong, pve and rvr are both readily accessible right from the start, do a little research before you spread bad information.

I am dropping WoW for war....along with several of my guildmates...world wide realm vs realm is the focus of the game, but there is also PVE, and so much more...

Go to your local Target store, they have a a 99 cent box with codes to join the open beta whch begins on sep 7. Follow the directons in the box to create an account and download the client...no fee to participate in the open beta...the dowlnload is nearly 10 gig, so do not poke around if you have a slow connection, or you will miss it,lol

Retail release date is Sep 18
