This is a topic on the Wii boards because most of these guys are showing up on virtual console titles and quite a few wii titles. These guys deserve a spot on the coolest Nitnendo characters list, people you should really apreciate today's characters. They're awesome and just very cool. Link and Mario are not in this list anymore, that would make this such a obvious list so out they go. One quick thing, I want to thank everyone who has supported the list and has been loving it. ENJOY :D! #5 made Hyrule Hell.

Ganondorf: Originally from Legend of Zelda which is now on the VC (awesome game IMO)

Oh yes, ganondorf has every right to be on this list because he is very cool. Ganondorf has lied to the king of Hyrule, then BAM Link opened the Door of Time and he made Hyrule hell. He can jack you up and he can even float. Throwing beams and weilding a slick sword are some awesome characteristics. He also looked super cool in Twilight Princess which is on the Wii and he can mutate into some ogre beast thing. Even though he really doesn't use his sword often it still is the best looking one IMO.

#4 Nara Sumas

Samus Aran: Originally from Metroid which is now on the VC (sweet game IMO)

Samus is just out of this world cool. She killls her enemies with a kick ass arm canon and can possess tons and tons of weapons along with upgrades. Think twice before fudgin up the galaxy because she takes no prisoners. She really hasn't been in a bad game and has some of the best games. Just recently MP3 for the Wii came out and that is a radical game. Samus always foils the plans of the galactic federation and kills space pirates left and right. Her suit always looked amazing and even her different suits were better. Also I really like that picture of Samus I'm using, to me it's the best one I've used yet. It's hard to believe that there are 3 other characters cooler than Samus.

These guys deserve a spot on the coolest Nitnendo characters list, sorry I haven't done the list in a while but I have been busy. Today is number 7 and 6 and these guys are pretty radical. Tomorrow I'll recap everyone and add the coolest nintendo character of all time in our opinion. You may not agree but some will and some won't. I call this day Meta day! w00t! Lets kick things off with number 7, Metal Knight

Metaknight: originally from Kirby's Adventure now on the Virtual Console. (Great game IMO)

Yes metaknight is awesome and not to be messed with. Metaknight has a bad ass ship and it is fudgin HUGE! He fights clean by giving kirby a sword before fighting and he's a pretty generous guy. Metaknight is cool looking with a light blue, silver mask and a slick looking sword. Whenever Metaknight appeared into a kirby game it always felt like the most epic boss fight. He was your rival and put up some great, interesting fights. I must thank Sakurai for making such a cool character like Metaknight. I love his ship, sword, cape, and yes his fights with Kirby. He also looks like Kirby (without his mask) except he's blue or black with white eyes. O_O

number 6 Samus' dreadful dragon enemy

Meta Ridley: From Metroid Prime

Even though he only appeared in one game as Meta Ridley, it was still an unforgettable battle. He was so much cooler than regular Ridley. Meta Ridley was improved with cybernetics and had better weapons this time leaving samus to think her attack was screwed. Meta Ridley was so cool he could fight Rosie O' Donnell and some how, some way manage to win. Unfortunately Samus kicked his tail and never appeared as Meta Ridley again. There is still hope for him, I hope he comes back looking more robotic with better weapons that make him cooler. Also Meta Ridley performed quite a fight in Metroid Prime, it was very enjoyable and entertaining. Also I was hoping for him in MP3 for the Wii but there was a different Ridley.

One quick side note from everything. Mario and Link aren't in this list! Sooo many people think of them in the top 10 or number 1. To tell you the truth it wouldn't be interesting if they were in it, so in a way it leaves you with suspense. If your enjoying this list read until the end. LINE DELETED..MEMBER INFORMED - MODERATOR

You Nintendans are a weird bunch. You;d rather have a silly cartoony fighter over the first real Mario title in 5 years?? Get outta here. I'm not even a Wii fan, but I know Mrio galaxy is going to have a lot more depth to it, not to mention the wii-mote will work far better in a platformer than a fighting game. that's what I hate is when people say mario and link should be number 1. No they're great awesome video game characters don't get my wrong, but they don't stand up to be "cool" characters.
