@pcps4xb: In my whole little rant graphics didn't come up once since i wasn't even referring to it. When i say superior version meant gameplay as in better contolls (mouse and KB) better and more opponents online and better netcode since it's 60 tick or higher not 30 tick like on console. Fps is 100+ not 30. I usually play everything at lowest settings in multiplayer games since it usually gives you an advantage.
@pcps4xb: Best version of every game is usually on PC. Pubg is ONLY on PC and that's my GOTY. It will come to consoles yes. But games like that should be played on PC. Last years GOTY (Overwatch) is PC exlusives as far as I am concerned.
And we haven't even touched MMOs and mobas. The list of games on PS4 worth playing thats not on PC is in single digits.
@ArabrockermanX: Sony is shrinking in Japan though. Especially with the inevitable death of Vita and Japanese triple a games on PC day one. Switch will kill the vita even in Japan.
@siritokakyou: Weapon destruction system is a good system. It forces you to use your whole aresenal and be creative. I have never played a game for over 100 hours without it feeling repetetive. Breath of the Wild changed that for me. Which is why its the best game to have come out in say 5 years or so. And best Zelda game since OOT.
@kfg256: Mass Effect Andromeda is a good game. But seriously, i am the biggest ME fan on here and even i wouldn't consider it for GOTY. But the metacritic is a joke it should be closer to 80% and imo its better than DA:I. But people like to hate on Bioware for some reason. Hopefully Athem is the game they need it to be.
@clefdefa: Close? Zelda is in a league of its own. Persona 5 is amazing though, but Horizon imo is worse than Nier and Nioh for example. Plenty of good games, but Nintendo got this in the bag, only game that can dethrone Zelda is Mario. Mario Kart is also higher rated on metacritic than Horizon btw. Also lets not forget Mario + Rabbids.
@mestupidface: You're right even Mac is basically a PC even though you don't really count it as that. Also all PC definitely does not have Windows, Linux is very popular, especially on less powerful machines since anything lower than Windows 7 is insecure as hell now days. There are still people, (mostly in Asia and Africa) that are using really old computers, here Linux are superior.
Also biggest myth on the internet is console gaming is cheaper than PC gaming. PS4 for 4 years (with 20 games) is €400+€60*20+€50*4=€1800 thats a new playstation (launch price or today you probably buy a PRO) 20 games and 4 years of playstation plus. Gaming PC with 20 games = €1100+€35*20=€1800. Thats the price for my gaming rig + 20 games since the average PC gaming price for new games on launch day is about €35. Some games like Overwatch Origins edition was a bit more (about €40) but most games are around 29-33. Prices are a bit different in USA since while console games are $60, while pc games will be a bit more expensive cause of low currency. But still easily $20 cheaper on average and you never have to pay for a online subscription.
I don't buy my PC games from steam, but rather key sites like Greenmangaming. 100% legal, usually €25 off.
@PS2fweak: Prebuild is always stupid. If you're a complete noob read my sister when she got her PC. You ask someone with knowledge (she asked myself) you make a budget like say $1000 then you purchase parts from a online computer store for that price range. If you don't have anyone to assemble it for you, you pay a small fee like $40 to have it assembled for you (still cheaper than branded), or in my sisters case i helped her assemble it.
You always get better performance this way and you don't need to rebuy windows for example, she already had windows 7 on her old PC i installed it on her new for free etc. You should never buy a branded PC, if you are the most clueless noob on the internet and don't have a friend of family member that can help you, there are always online forums.
