I pounced on the opportunity to enter the video game trivia contest last week. However, between then and now, my account seems to have reverted back to a basic account. Therefore, I can no longer enter the contest! I'd gladly purchase the Gamespot Service for another year, however my credit cards are inactive and other forms of money transfership will take too long.

Someone please help me.
