You need to enter your name and address EXACTLY as they show up on the bill you receive from your credit card company MINUS a middle initial if you have one on your statement. Example:
If your bill comes like this:
BOB P ANDERSON
1111 MAIN STREET S APT 5
ANYWHERE, CA 90201
You need to enter your name as BOB ANDERSON (all caps) and in the address portion (for address 1 or whatever it is) enter it like this:
1111 MAIN STREET S APT 5
Do it in all caps and do NOT use the address 2 or 3 lines, do it all on the first address line. I had this same issue and that worked for me.
Also, if you lock yourself out 5 times you'll need a Sony webmaster to unlock your account for you. That's why you get that "try back in a few minutes" message. When this happens it could take more than a day to reset (I had to call the service line).
