Disgaea: Afternoon of Darkness, easily one of the most time consuming games on the psp, with a level cap of 9999.
Imo, fallout all the way. Dead space is good but it just doesnt keep your attention the way i find that fallout does. Plus you can spend roughly 10 hours on Dead Space, whereas you get at least 30 from fallout. Just as someone said up there ^^.
