So what do you all think is going to be my OWN personal favourite of 2007. No not Halo 3, no not super smash bros. brawl and no not metal gear solid 4. Its probably a game you dont even know is coming out. Some of you might got the originally. Its battalion wars 2.

For all you non gamecube lovers out there this game is all about you taking your small battalion of soldiers and going around beating enemies who hopelessly out number you. You have think smartly here as you cant go charging in with just tanks not paying any attention to air support that the enemy has. Neither can you hipe to do well with just doing an all out charge with all untis as they are new surprises at every corner. You have to think smartly to fulfil you objectives using each of your soldiers special abilities. The brilliant thing about this game, which some people say was copied out of battlefield 2 modern combat, is the ability to switch between the view point of different soldiers in an instant allowing you take control of them and give orders form multiple positions.

So this game wouldnt be a game without a story line. So in the first game you play as the Western frontier, amercian type people, as they start a new conflict with the Tundran empire, russian type people.... no surprise about a war between those two people, and you then stop the conflict and make alliance with them and the Solar empire, japanesse like people, to combat the somehow not rising to power Xlyvania, german like people.... yes i know strange name. After you win i the last game after also having to do some extra work by destroying the solar empire's ancient enemies, the Xlyvanians risen from the dead Iron legion of OLD Xlyvania. So with the defeat of those fools the enemy leader escapes and plans to search for an ancient super weapon to win back glory for Xlyvania while also causing conflict between the other nations. Also there is a bit of hisory here as some of the missions will cause you to go back in time and play in battles like the original conflicts between the solar empaire and the Iron legion and the original conflict between the Tundrans and the Western frontier.
