Just got this in the Humble Monthly Bundle, good thing I decided to wait and not buy it during that steam sale

With this logic, shouldn't episodic games such as TellTale or the most recent Hitman not be allowed?

Just spent like $100 on steam and now another sale is on the way, oh god.
