@courtjustcourt: Attention span has diminished and everyone wants a reward for participating. Diablo is one of many games that have suffered from pleasing the lowest common denominator.
I'm hope this dlc addresses the skill difficulty needed in games like this. Too much spin to win nonsense I've seen on other platforms and it just does not look like fun. I'll play the game for what it is story and maybe an uber or two to see what's what. The number dumbing down is good though since at the rate that the game was going it wasn't to farfetched to eventually see damage output in the trillions which is ridiculous.
When I was a kid I knew that in order to make a series based on a video game successful they had to work on their pacing. Someone made a comment talking about how they try to cram too much lore into a short time frame (movie). Well, the resolution would be to make the video game based movie into a video game based show. Multiple seasons is the best of both worlds. New people will become curious of the game profit... fans will rejoice and gladly post their favorite scenes on social media (free advert).
Ya know how some anime shows have OVA's? They tend to be like less than an hour long. THAT should be the movie. Sprinkle in scenes from main stories create mystery and intrigue ... the people will gobble it up.
Is it coming to PC? It should come to PC. I would get the game if it were on PC. You should write an article on why of all the platforms it hasn't made its way to PC. You know... because... PC
@Tiwill44: Yeah I know. But I'm doing that manifest density thing ya know? Trying to keep positive in the face of all the nay sayers. I think the game looks incredible and so many people would welcome it on STEAM and it's perfect for it at this point now with the STEAM deck but I understand the complications of trying to port over. If it be a first let it be this game ya know? Or at least Dragon's Crown!
