I've been here for 12 years...12 years! I love it here, but today, I think I've reached my limit. This new layout of the website is just absolutely horrible. The ad bar on the bottom, every single article on the same page, having to click on a separate button to open up the discussion on the bottom of the article. Whoever thought this up is crazy and/or evil, and the same goes for the people that approved it. Damnit, damn damn damn.

[QUOTE="neo-rtsd"]People people, come on...There is a difficulty slider in the options menu. If you want to feel like a god, just slide it all the way on the easy side so guys only take a couple of hits. Want to feel normal or have a challenge, then slide it up a bit.Palantas

Just figured I would say it again since nobody seems to be reading.

We're not reading? That's pretty funny, given the contents of your post. Either you're not reading, or you're willfully misunderstanding the complaints here.

No one is complaining about the difficulty. We're complaining about the lack of a sense of progression that Oblivion's leveling system creates. This problem cannot be solved by the difficulty slider.

Explain why.

I dont understand how people cant trust Bethesda when Fable 1 was like one of the most overhyped and lied about games ever before release. They promised so much, and delivered a lack luster crap game, so I pretty much have no hopes for Fable 2.

Fallout 3, easily.

It's also nothing like Oblivion in virtually any manner.

.

I've packed about 70 hours into Oblvion.

I fail to see the ways in which they are similar.

A few instances I saw some things, but for the most part, they look completely different.

Wether they look different and feel different are also two very different things that you failed to address.

Well seeing as how they completely lied to us with Fable 1 and almost nothing they promised was in the game, I tend to have trust issues with them. Oblivion on the other hand pretty much delivered on all it's promises, and I also wasn't able to beat it in one day as I was with Fable 1. Based off of the developers, and previous games, I'm leaning way towards Fallout 3 on this one, oh and it does help that the other Fallout games were incredible.

The winner of course would be Master Chief, geneticaly he's better then perfect, and he has the technology. And I'm not sure how you guys play halo, but if you've never done even one mission stealthy then you are missing out. Meaning that Master Chief is also a master of the shadows, and silent kills. He's got it all, where Mr. Snake has jack **** in comparison.
