Like-Likes (no comment... X_X ) and Blue Darknuts from the original. Although i've found an even worse one in a fan-made engine thingie called Zelda Classic, The Splitting Darknuts. They are almost as fast as you, have something like 16 HP, take lots of damage, and last but not least: When killed, they split into two Blue darknuts... *shivers*

But yeah, that engine was filled with new, stronger enemies :D. A lv.3 Stalfos able to shoot sword beams in all 4 directions. A fire-breathing Gleeok, etc. etc..

(well, it doesn't hit for only 10 anymore ;) )

Shadowlink: Oh no! After you blew up one set of bones, a low-level protective barrier appears around the others bones, shielding off the Bob-ombs! Now they are moving towards eachother. Soon, Stallord will apear. (but this time, he will have legs ;) - Failure

Enforcer11 - With the first hook, you manage to cling to the ceiling. With the second, you manage to drag Ganondorf up, then make him fall down for 5 damage - Success

I agree to Litchie. I think i only died once to a boss in TP, and that was because i was wearing the wrong suit. (Gohma hit me with that laser beam while i was wearing the Zora suit. It instakilled me :C)
But then again, i always carry fairys with me, so that makes things easier. Maybe they should make it like the original, giving you only one bottle to work with?

Also, i want to see some more inventive puzzles than "hit object A with item B". I liked the rod you could use to make the statues move in TP :D!
