one thing i would reccomend is not using a crazy fast rear wheel drive car to start with. a front wheel or all wheel drive car is much easier to accelerate out of the turn with
after playing with the wheel i cant go back to the controller. the only problem ive had with the wheel was finding a place to put it. it also has the common problem of being slightly off center, but i dont even notice this when playing. one thing i would suggest is looking for a wheel on ebay or at savers. people have been able to find them there for super cheap
