That message comes up because the Windows Live ID thats assigned to your gamertag is under 18 and is classified as a Child Account. And yes, even if you are 17 and able to buy the rated M and T games yourself, you will still have this problem as long as you have a Child Account
Or the game developers could just make the game after Christopher Nolan is done with the batman series, depending on how many he wants to do. Like what they did with the Matrix and Path of Neo, just combine the trilogy into one game

Like that article says, all you will be able to do is download demos and all that other stuff you get with Silver. And if you don't want to do all that stuff, you're pretty much SOL because the 360 only has an ethernet port which is used for broadband and is too big for a regular phone cord.
I got my PS2 in 2001, I think. It died in Spring of 2007 because of that dam laser gear. I'm pretty sure it was a Model 7. Before I got my 360, I played everyday for 1- 3 hrs, depending on how much fun the game was. Now I'm playing on my cousin's PS2 and that's got at least another 3 years left in it.
I just played on my PS2 today. Nothing like playing GTA just to go on a rampage. I'll be using it even more once Okami and DBZ BT3 comes in the mail. + I'll still be using my PS2 once I get enough for a PS3 because I want to get the 40GB model
