[QUOTE="nightmare_1"]anyone else think that akiba looked a little like snake?
i got no wild theories about it, just hoping that maybe im not crazy when i thought that :P
it was said that ocelot was merley playing the part of liquid. while liquid did have some control over him, he didnt have complete control as was viewed in MGS4. isnt this sort of irrelevant though, becuase they were both trying to carry on the legacy of big boss?
im currently going through my 2nd playthrough, so theres probably things ive missed along the way that will answer this, but yeah, ill always settle for a quick fix :)

To youre first question Akiba (johnny) is....was a genome soldir from MGS 1. and if you played MGS 1 you would know he was also a Clone of Big Boss (from MGS3) just not a really good one.
ah yes, havent played MGS1 for sooo long so kinda forgot about those sort of details. i realised he was from shadow moses becuase of the flash back, but yeah, that whole clone thing didnt pop. thanks though :)

its so hard to look between the lines of the mgs saga. I still dont get the story 100 percent. IM like at 80 percent or something maybe lower.
What i want know is that why the hell did liquid ocelot die at the end. He was programmed to die at that moment? So this whole time even if he wouldve prevailed he still wouldve died.
One of many questions that are killing me:x

Ocelots plan did succeed, he finished off the patirots. if he had killed snake then he would not have been affected by the foxdie inside of snake, so i assume he would have lived on. so even though he plans did succeed, he still gets schooled by snake in CQC.
im prob way off, but yeah, thats sorta wat i gathered. if im wrong, do tell.
also, just wanna say, in regards to a MGS5, at the end of every title there has been a massive cliff hanger, the patriots r dead, hello mr president, ect. this game didnt have that, it was like a nice ending. i guess u can read the eggs comment any way u like, but there was no clear cut message there. to me this simply implies that the story has ended and if there is the need of another MGS, then Sunny can provide a stroy for it.
MGS4 is the best game i have ever played, hands down (sorry super mario bros 3), its also the best series i have ever played. i finished this game sad, but at the same time joyed that such a brilliant game finished off such a brilliant story of solid snake. i say continue on the engine, just start something fresh in terms of story and charecters. wouldnt wanna kill the saga.
umm, i got a pretty old monitor, that i assume isnt hd. but my graphics card is quite new and supports hd, so can i use the HDMI/DVI cable to get HD on my monitor?
[QUOTE="nightmare_1"]ok, so i have a few questions, and any help would be great.
ok, firstly, i have been decoding a lot of my videos and putting them on my ps3. is there any way i can connect the ps3 directly to my computer in order to copy them over? instead of always having to put them on a portable HDD or a dvd first?
secodnly, can i make folders in the videos section of my ps3? i have heaps of videos on my ps3 and want to sort them out into folders to make life easier. is this possible?
lastly, is there anyway that i can connect to the interent on my ps3 through my computer? like is there any sort of adaptors available? becuase at the moment i have to have cables running along the house to the router in another room, and my mum hates all the cords :( i could put it through the roof, but yeah, im lazy.......... ill avoid that at any cost.
any help would be appreciated, and thanks in advance :)

1. RedKawa has a file transfer system...check out their website for instructions.
2. Not at the moment. Just start the ones you want in groups with the same name...for instance if its tv shows name them by show, then episode name...somethings like "Family Guy - PTV". That will get them all grouped but doesn't really fix your problem.
3. If you have the 60gig then you have built in wireless, get yourself a wireless router and you're set.
If you have the 20 gig then you need an extra piece (a wireless adapter) to allow the PS3 to pick up the WiFi signal.
ok, thanks a lot for the help :)
about the wireless router. will that be able to conect to my current router, or am i going to have to buy the wirelss adaptors for all 3 of my comps a swell? and how much does a wireless router cost on average?
