I already know you can play ps1 games on all ps3's. I want to know if you can put them on burn cd's or put them on a USB. I know its illegel im not doing it i just wanted to know.

Alright, I am planning on buying my friend's PS3 for a really low price. But the reason why it is a low price is because for some reason it wont read the games. Anyone know whats wrong with it and can i fix it. I want to know how to fix it before I buy it.
