Yes, its very often. Its never bad, but i can't believe it has these issues.

IF they make the game NOT HD, then at least make it run smooth! To have the game Not HD AND have some performance issues, its pretty outrageous. Granted, for me at least, the framerate never gets in the way, but its just kinda, annoying.

When you have great looking games like Halo Reach or Gears for the 360, and Killzone 2 and Uncharted 2 for the PS3, theres no excuse to have COD be under HD AND have performance issues.

It does use the same engine. Whats crazy about it, ijs that the source code of the engine they use, is based on the engine that ran Quake III all those years ago. Maybe they should patch an optional install or something, that could help

I have The Tritton AX720s. They sound really good for games. The Microphone sounds fantastic also. When the game is quiet, or your in the XMB, you'll probably hear some weird noises from the decoding box, but when the game is playing you cant tell.

For the price of 130 i think it was, its worth it. Astro makes these crazy ones that are even better quality apparently, and even have an input so you could play music from an MP3 player at the same time as a game. ( If you cant have custom soundtracks for Black Ops, do it yourself! :P ) But those headphones with the decoding box was around 250.

EDIT: Astro sells the A30, nearly the same quality as the A40s for 200 i think. Its its smaller, but same great decoding box.

I can completely understand why someone would like the 360 controller for shooters over the Dual Shock. But honestly, I'm good with either controller.
