On certain achievements like the 25/50/100 pole positions, can I restart the qualifying stage once I make the pole position? Does this pole position win add to the achievement total count or do I have to actually need to race the complete stage for that pole position win to count?

There a thread on this but I cannot reply since it was locked and answer was unclear.

 

I have been adding tags to the union and when I click save, the tags disappear and do not appear on the union's tag list.

Is there a max amount of tags the union can have or input at one time?  also, how long does it take for tags to propagate to the union list?
