I'm going to agree with spazz here..:P

I believe that some people have issues with illegal immigration because of racial issues. That is a problem. Mexicans should not be discriminated or hated upon. That should not be a reason to oppose immigration.However, there are legal channels for someone to immigrate to this country. When it was in development, the US had a very liberal immigration policy. But times have changed and so has its immigration policies. This country simply can not support a large scale immigration of poorly educated, low skilled workers.

There is a lot of hypocrisy, when you think about it, Especially where I live(Texas). Wasn't the Texas Revoultion pretty much started due to too many U.S. born people immigrating to Texas? Mexico put policies in place to prevent more immigration, and people from the U.S. kept coming illiegally.

Was the United States of America not found by Illegal Immigrants? Should we forget that we conquered the land that used to be owned by Mexico ? Americans have a sense of entitlement that is beyond reason. Lets be humble, remember its mostly because of the greed from rich countries such as America, Japan, China, and well-off European countries that has put countries such as Mexico in such terrible condition. So what if legal Americans cant get menial jobs like being a low-end restaurant cook or a Hotel cleaner. These people risk their lives to get here, not because they want more money, but because they would die if they stayed in Mexico. BTW those drugs that Mexico make, those are mostly consumed by rich Americans.
