I have the exact same issue. Maybe updates are hosted in a different location and have a different bandwidth. I found that downloading updates from the New Zealand PS site was fast tho.
If i bought this game, it would be the fastest game id eva played. I would really wana get outta that place. clock it and then lock it in a chest and throw it in tha ocean. This game gives creeps and scares the **** outta me.
