I ended up sort of bored playing this at first and then I got more involved, thinking this was (SPOILERS) about someone descending into depression and possible suicide. I thought the game where the player ascends above the playing field was going to be followed by "and then my friend Coda killed himself the next day". That would have really packed a punch, but it was just about bothering somebody a bit much about their game programming and losing a friend... Like really? That's it..? I thought it was going to tie game scenes to drug addiction, depression, and suicide. It just sounds like somebody whining.
Now if it's about the relationship between programmers and developers and game publishers then it might be a little better, but without knowing that it just doesn't pack much of a punch.
The driving physics are perfect for me, I would play many more racing games if they felt the way GTA V does. I'm playing with a mouse and keyboard too. Most other games it seems when I get going too fast I just wreck into the sidewall of the track or go off the road. Then I just uninstall the game. Might not be realistic driving physics but I think Rockstar nailed it for game use.
